Human or Individual Objectives
Human or Individual objectives are related to the welfare and growth of employees. The employees are valuable resources and contribute greatly to the success of a business. The employees should be motivated to contribute their maximum for the business. The individual needs and aspirations of employees should be taken care of. Some of the common individual objectives are :
(i) Payment of competitive wages and salaries.
(ii) Providing good working conditions.
(iii) Employees should be given proper training and updating of their knowledge/ skills for their growth and development.
(iv) Better performance of employees should be recognised by giving them incentives, awards, promotions, etc.
(v) Employees should be encouraged to participate in decision-making process. (vi) Benefits, such as housing facility, medical facility, transportation, education of children, etc., be provided to employees.
